Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, partners and SAP teams to design and deliver robust, cloud‑based SAP Concur solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire solution lifecycle, from concept to technical implementation, including demos and scenario testing.
• Drive successful adoption and utilization of SAP Concur and SAP Cloud products by providing expert support and managing customer escalations.
• Gather and analyze customer data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that inform product strategy and development.
• Create and share best‑practice content to foster community engagement and support within the SAP ecosystem.
• Develop user‑friendly dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, visualizing key metrics for stakeholders.
• Support migration and alignment of data assets with centralised strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and cross‑functional teams.
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making by equipping stakeholders with the necessary tools, training and resources.

Compensation – Targeted salary range for this role is CAD 102,400 – 214,300. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location and other factors.
