We are currently looking for a Project Engineering Specialist to join our team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role you’ll be the strategic focal point, ensuring seamless execution of projects within the engineering group and contributing as a subject matter expert across site-wide initiatives as needed. Success in this role requires a strong background in Project Management principles, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, risk management and scheduling. Additionally, you’ll integrate lean practices techniques where appropriate, ensuring flexible and effective project execution. This role will have you actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward. Requirements / Key Competencies
Education and Technical Requirements :
The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.
