Job description

About the Position :

Endo is looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent us at various Costco locations, for a global industry leader in water treatment for over 45 years! If you are personable, energetic, self-motivated, passionate, well-spoken, and fun, we want you! We are looking for lead generators to entertain, engage and educate in a high traffic retail environment. Your role will be to let people know who we are, what we do and how they can learn more. Your task is to create opportunities to pass along to our experienced and dedicated sales team!

Responsibilities

  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people while demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
  • Communicate brand awareness through a well scripted engagement
  • Generate leads and capture consumer information that will be passed on to the sales team.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets with a strong sense of accomplishment when goals are met
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday : 8 : 30am-3 : 00pm + weekly meetings (31.5 hours weekly)
  • Weekends : 8 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Salary : $22 / hr + 3.5% commission on closed sales

    Requirements

  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to travel within designated region - Ajax, Oshawa, and Scarborough
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer facing role required.
  • Experience in customer service, events, sales, and / or lead generation
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the brand with integrity
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the brand messaging
  • Great verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality is a must
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting
  • Additional language skills will be considered an asset
  • Must be available to attend and actively participate in team meeting conference calls
  • Must have flexible availabilities with the possibility of working weekdays, weekends, some weekday holidays and as business dictates, including up to an hour a week for administrative work
