Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client's finance team in Ajax, ON. In this role, you will assist in managing the company's receivables, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Pay Rate : up to $22 / hour (based on experience)
Location : Ajax, ON
Shift : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :
Setting up new customer accounts
Oversee dealer listings and portals, including :
inputting new dealer information
assisting with lines of credit and application follow-up
overseeing the trade references process
updating team members on application statuses
Processing invoices via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Gathering and filing relevant information pertaining to daily cash postings.
Update all account changes, including email addresses / addresses in NetSuite.
Assisting with Accounts Receivable functions, including :
gathering data
applying customer payments and credits
managing chargebacks.
Qualifications :
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
2 years' experience in AR / Credit Administration.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Detail oriented, proactive, responsible, self-motivated and organized team player.
Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
Ability to manage a wide range of detail-oriented tasks effectively.
Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
Post-Secondary education preferred.
