Energy Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

We are hiring Energy Sales Representatives to promote a no-cost natural gas program to residential and commercial customers.

This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role . New representatives begin with residential accounts to gain product and sales experience. Based on performance, representatives may transition to commercial accounts, which offer higher commission opportunities.

This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face conversations.

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners and businesses to explain a free natural gas program

Accurately represent program benefits and eligibility

Work assigned territories on foot

Maintain professionalism while handling objections and rejection

Follow all company and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older

Comfortable walking for extended periods

Comfortable speaking with multiple people daily

Sales experience is an asset but not required

Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented

Compensation

Commission-only position

Average representatives earn $800–$1,500 per week , depending on performance

Top performers regularly earn $2,000+ per week

Earnings are paid per completed enrollment

No fees, training costs, or product purchases required
