Job descriptionProvide advisory services to support advisory bodies and other engagement fora, considering cultural and sector-specific factors Offer ongoing strategic, impartial advice to achieve desired outcomes Assist Secretariat(s) and Chair(s) with meeting planning and preparation Attend / plan meetings, develop agendas, propose meeting objectives, engage with participants, develop facilitation plans, and provide additional assistance as needed Facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings to encourage meaningful and respectful dialogue, support work plan progress, keep meetings on track, and meet objectives Prepare meeting reports including participant lists, key discussion points, action items, and next steps Assist with priority setting, work planning, and implementation of short- and long-term objectives Maintain regular communication to share milestones, challenges, and progress Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada 6+ years experience in a similar field 6+ years in a consultancy role Degree or diploma in a related field Formalized training (e.g., mediation certifications, training and development professional certification, ANSI, certified online facilitation) Experience working with Indigenous organizations, companies, or institutions Ability to travel for meetings as required Must hold or be eligible for a Reliability Level Clearance Flexible, hybrid role with exposure to meaningful advisory work Work with diverse stakeholders in a high-impact environment Lieu : Hybride | Gatineau, QC Type de contrat : Contrat occasionnel de 5 ans Horaire : Variable (environ 25 jours par an selon les besoins) Shifts : Pas d'horaires fixes; appelés selon les besoins Salaire : 80 $-100 $ / heure Fournir des services de conseil pour soutenir les organes consultatifs et autres forums de participation, en tenant compte des considérations culturelles et sectorielles Offrir des conseils stratégiques et impartiaux pour atteindre les résultats souhaités Assister les secrétariats et les président(e)s dans la planification et la préparation des réunions Participer et planifier les réunions, élaborer les ordres du jour, proposer les objectifs de la réunion, interagir avec les participants, élaborer des plans de facilitation et fournir de l'aide supplémentaire si nécessaire Faciliter les réunions virtuelles et en personne de manière à encourager un dialogue significatif et respectueux, soutenir l'avancement des plans de travail, respecter l'ordre du jour et atteindre les objectifs Préparer des comptes rendus de réunion incluant la liste des participants, les points de discussion clés, les mesures à prendre et les prochaines étapes Participer à l'établissement des priorités, à la planification du travail et à la mise en œuvre des objectifs à court et long terme Maintenir une communication régulière pour partager les étapes importantes, les défis et l'avancement des tâches Être légalement autorisé à travailler et à résider au Canada. Plus de 6 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire Plus de 6 ans d'expérience en rôle de consultant Diplôme ou certificat dans un domaine pertinent Formation formalisée (par ex., certifications en médiation, certification en formation et développement, ANSI, facilitation en ligne certifiée) Expérience avec des organisations, entreprises ou institutions autochtones Capacité à voyager pour les réunions selon les besoins Doit posséder ou être éligible pour obtenir un niveau de sécurité Fiabilité Poste flexible et hybride avec exposition à un travail consultatif significatif Travailler avec divers intervenants dans un environnement à fort impact
Adecco is currently recruiting a Facilitator Consultant for a 5-year casual contract with a Crown Corporation client. This is a hybrid role . The successful candidate must hold a Reliability Level Clearance or be eligible to obtain one prior to start.
- Salary : $80-$100 / hour
- Location : Hybrid | Gatineau, QC
- Contract Type : 5-year casual
- Schedule : Variable (approximately 25 days per year as required)
