Requirements :
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles, specifically in desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, LANs, and network troubleshooting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience assisting remote users via help desk tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities :
