Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer

We’re looking for someone who sees paid media as more than just numbers and metrics. Someone who loves turning data into stories that connect and convert. You’ll join a team that values strategy, creativity, and partnership. Together, we’ll define campaign goals, like awareness, lead gen, or sales, and select the right platforms and campaign types to get our clients noticed. You’ll build and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring tracking is seamless, and optimize performance every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing :

• Work with strategists to define campaign objectives, choose campaign types, develop audience targeting strategies, and create media plans.
• Build and manage campaigns across Google and Meta, set bids, placements, schedules, and optimization settings.
• Ensure Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking are set up correctly, and coordinate with web and dev teams as needed.
• Continuously monitor performance, run A / B tests, adjust targeting and budgets, and scale top‑performing ads.
• Create and deliver regular performance reports with strategic insights.
• Work with designers and copywriters to develop effective assets and provide briefs based on testing insights and platform best practices.
• Stay current with ad policy changes, new features, and industry benchmarks.
