Position Summary
This position will provide administrative support to Life Insurance Advisors, requiring excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to help service a very active book of business. The successful candidate must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of working with a high- performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Submit life, disability and critical illness insurance applications to insurance companies
- Place order for all necessary insurance policy underwriting requirements
- Proactively follow up on all pending cases to ensure company service standards are met
- Ensure that all policy issuance and settlement processing steps are carried out in a timely and compliant manner
- Prepare insurance carrier illustrations, proposals, applications and other policy-related documents for clients
- Ability to confidently interact with and support clients regarding Vitality status, benefits, and rewards, including explaining program features and resolving basic inquiries
- Provide Advisors with updates on ongoing policy cases
- Identify potential concerns/issues and assist Advisors with solutions
- Provide quotations for proposed policy changes
- Respond to client calls and answer queries relating to coverage and billing
- Resolve issues regarding client premiums, account reconciliation, and other issues as they arise
- Maintain hardcopy and electronic client files
- Provide backup to team members during periods of absence
- Prepare annual commission report for auditors
- Perform other related duties and special projects, as required
Candidate Skills & Qualifications
- Experience and product knowledge in Life, Critical Illness, and Disability insurance is preferred, including familiarity with insurance terminology, carrier products, software, and websites.
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry.
- Candidates without direct product experience must demonstrate exceptional soft skills, including friendliness, professionalism, and polished verbal and written communication, along with strong linguistic and digital capabilities.
- Strong eagerness to learn, adaptability, and motivation to grow and build a long-term career with Masters.
- Ideal candidate is enthusiastic and positive about learning, collaborating, and mentoring on ways to improve our service and knowledge, through proactive interaction with colleagues and managers.
- Proactively seek and share and challenge existing protocols wherever they believe there's room for improvement. New ideas are welcome!
- Genuine interest in helping improve and modernize the servicing platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with proven attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
- Life License (LLQP), or willingness to obtain within one year of continuous employment.
