What you will do
We’re hiring a Process Vertical Account Manager to drive sales and build strategic relationships in Alberta. This role focuses on promoting Siemens’ Digital Industries portfolio—including Automation, Drives & Motion, Communication, and Identification solutions—within key accounts. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite. Success requires collaboration across engineering, sales, and marketing to align solutions with customer needs.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic, long-term plans for key accounts aligned with business goals.Tailor strategies to each customer’s journey using market insights and CRM data.Engage regularly with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.Drive market share growth through targeted campaigns and solution-based selling.Understand customer needs beyond technical specs, including financial considerations and business models.Lead opportunity development by aligning internal teams and engaging key decision-makers.Craft compelling value propositions and pricing strategies tailored to customer needs.Incorporate financial services and innovative models to enhance deal value and long-term success.Build internal advocates and manage risks throughout the sales cycle.Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consistent value and engagement with strategic accounts.Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts.Analyze performance, share success stories, and continuously improve through feedback.What you will need to succeed
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent5–8 years of senior-level sales, key account, or business management experienceProven success in multi-technology sales across diverse industriesStrong knowledge of the Process Vertical market; Siemens portfolio knowledge is a plusSkilled in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales)Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and customer focusExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable engaging with executive stakeholdersHighly organized, self-driven, and effective in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsCollaborative team player with strong time management skillsAbout Us
