Customer Relationship Technical Specialist

Responsibilities include :
- Understand and translate clients' special requirements for engineering, be creative in addressing these needs in a simple manner, and track requests.
- Respond to questions and advise clients and sales directors on configuration and product choices.
- Deployment project management in collaboration with internal and customer teams.
- Improve and develop tools to effectively advise and satisfy clients.
- Monitor and analyze customer experience indicators, establish, and execute projects to improve them.
- Participate in training sales representatives.
- Support sales by training clients (clinical and technical) on our products.
- Support sales by participating in major presentations.
- Advise the Customer Relationship Director on strategies to achieve 100% satisfaction.

Requirements :
- Knowledge of Medical Products.
- Experience with Customer management.
- Experience with Project management.
- Ease of communication and presentation skills.
- Good attitude; willing to learn and work in a team.
- Available for travel (2 weeks per month).
- Location : US States - California / Washington / Oregon.
