Overview
The role: As the District Educator for key accounts, you will plan and execute education to support the acquisition and growth of Market Leader salons in British Columbia (50%) & Alberta (50%). Reporting to Sr Education Manager, your responsibilities include: involvement in prospecting, creation of proposals, executing conversion training through to planning and executing annual education plans for Market Leader salons in assigned territory.
What you will do
Direct Market
- Work with ASMs and Sr EM Direct to identify and prospect market leader salons.
- Develop the salon education offer as part of the proposal process, plan and execute conversion training and follow up support (incl. coordination of DEs and Artists as support).
- Develop the annual education plan for market leader salons as part of Joint Business Planning. Work with Sr EM & DEs to execute continuing education in salon and plan and execute special events/private programs.
Work with Sr EM Indirect
- Develop the annual education plan for market leader salons as identified by Distributor.
- Develop the salon education offer as part of the proposal process, plan and execute conversion training and follow up support (incl. coordination of DEs and Artists as support).
- Develop the annual education plan for market leader salons. Work with Sr EM & DEs to execute continuing education in salon and plan and execute special events/programs.
Additional Support to Market
- Support Regional Education activities, shows and events as requested by Sr Education Managers. Maintain monthly activity report.
- Completing monthly education report and submitting to Sr EM Direct on the first Monday of each month.
What you will need
- Active Certificate, Qualification/Hairstyling license (must have had for a minimum of 5 years).
- 5 years hairstyling experience (exposure to full range of service e.g. cutting, styling, coloring, perming, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license. Experience with using innovative techniques and ideas to gain and growing Key Accounts.
