We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to a Project Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator assists in the planning, scheduling, and organization of various aspects of telecommunication projects.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with estimating and preparing quotations for various projects and working with clients right through the sales cycle to close opportunities.
- Assist with managing projects by coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, scheduling activities, organizing logistics and ensuring successful completion.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Work with the project manager to review projects regularly and ensure quality standards are met and estimates remain within budget, while ensuring the client’s needs efficiently met.
- Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
- Assist in preparing close‑out packages according to customer requirements.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the coordination of mid‑to large‑scale construction projects.Degree in management or working toward PMP designation are a strong asset.Understanding and experience with telecommunications and networking is an asset.Personal Attributes
