The Inside Sales & Marketing Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing and qualifying leads to opportunities, client follow up and engagement, lead management reports, and re‑engaging inactive accounts. This position will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to monitor and respond to all incoming leads from all digital platforms, email, calls, and web submissions. In addition, this position will support a variety of event coordination and general marketing administrative tasks.
This position can be based out of either the Kincardine or Sarnia office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Lead Management and Qualification
- Maintain and manage the lead pipeline through opportunity / quote for electrical resistance and induction services.
- Monitor, CRM log, respond, and report to incoming phone inquiries.
- Monitor, CRM log, response, and reporting to incoming Superheat Sales email inquiries.
- Monitor, CRM log, response, and reporting to incoming website form submissions.
- Qualify, log leads, and convert to opportunities generated from Superheat’s digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, SEO activity, and publications.
- Use data from traditional and digital marketing campaigns to engage key stakeholders in the heat treatment buying cycle proactively.
- Convert interactions from third‑party digital publications into qualified leads to opportunities and research emerging industry platforms for potential marketing use.
Client Engagement and Follow‑Up
Re‑engage accounts with no activity for 90 days. Execute structured follow‑up initiatives, scope gathering, to drive lead progression to opp.CSS surveys are performed within the week of job completion.Trade Show and Event Support
Research tradeshow opportunities for the year.Support virtually and in attendance, on a case‑by‑case basis, of regional tradeshow and special event planning, preparation, execution, and post‑event lead management.Follow up with trade show contact lists to qualify new opportunities.Administrative and General Support
Complete marketing administrative tasks as assigned to support departmental efficiency.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills and is process‑oriented.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Effective team player.Proven record of self‑starting and disciplined work ethic.Knowledge of decision‑maker profiles and buying‑cycle dynamics within the oil and gas industry.Understanding of heat treatment applications and technical detail.Proven analysis of digital marketing data and proficient working knowledge of marketing platform reporting ability. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics key asset.Previous experience working within a CRM program, Dynamic 365 specifically is an asset.WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field.Valid passport and ability to travel when required.Post‑secondary education in business, communication, or equivalent work experience.This is a hybrid role - with requirements to work in the Kincardine OR Sarnia office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
