Job Description
AECOM is hiring a Requirements Manager to join our Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance group. This newly created position focuses on Requirements Engineering, Verification & Validation, Integration, and Interface Management for major rail and transit programs across Canada. The role can be based in Mississauga, Markham, Calgary or Edmonton.
The Requirements Manager will provide senior‑level leadership in requirements development, traceability, compliance verification, and configuration control. The responsibilities involve establishing, governing, and maintaining the requirements baseline from initial capture through final acceptance, ensuring project requirements are clear, traceable, verifiable, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Compensation
The offered rate will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location, ranging from CAD 170,000 to CAD 220,000 annually.
