Reporting to the Director of Early Learning and Childcare, the Early Years Navigator / Manager works with district staff, community service providers, and indigenous families to facilitate access to childcare and school age care programs and provide seamless transitions between childcare and school age programs.
The Navigator will work in district facilities as well as outreach to indigenous families in their community or home. The Navigator will liaise and work with all Indigenous partners to strengthen the district’s childcare and early years programs.
