Whatwe are looking for : We are accepting general applications for casualinstructors from motivated and talented individuals who are interested injoining our dedicatedteam.

While we may not have a specific opening at the moment, we are always lookingto connect with individuals who bring expertise, skills and perspectives to NAITfor potential future opportunities.

We provide a wide variety of courses available both online andin person, with flexible scheduling options including daytime, evenings, andweekends.

Course delivery includes both synchronous and asynchronous formats. Hoursfor casual opportunities may vary.

KeyResponsibilities may include :

• Providing direct classroom / lab instruction whileutilizing appropriate instructional strategies to maximize student motivationand learning in a skill-building environment.
• Evaluating the learning process : Ensurelearning is evaluated in a reliable and timely manner, providing appropriateand timely feedback to students;

Submit marks / records promptly.

• Maintaining professional and ethicalrelationships with students and colleagues.
• Responding to student issues.
• Utilizing appropriate educational technology forpresentations, communications and program promotions ensuring efficient andeffective delivery of course materials.
• Maintaining student attendance and otherdocumentation.

Skills& Abilities :

• Strongverbal and written communication.
• Proficientcomputer skills are required, including but not limited to Microsoft Officeapplications.
• Excellentinterpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstratedability to work independently.
• Experiencewith Learning Management Systems is considered an asset.

Qualifications :

Requiredqualifications are program-specific and may include the following :

• Completionof Grade twelve
• Relatedcertificate, diploma or degree
• Relatedprofessional registration and / or designation
• Directlyrelated program experience
• Combinationsof education and experience may be considered
