Position Overview

This is a field-based sales role suited for an outgoing proactive and relationship-oriented salesperson who enjoys being on the road meeting customers and developing business in a competitive market. The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow revenue in Alberta

Participation in team related sales events across Western Canada.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting referrals and market outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive retail wholesale and distribution.

Conduct on-site customer visits deliver product presentations and recommend solutions based on needs.

Support account development by ensuring a high level of service and follow-through.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate promotions pricing and customer support.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular reporting on pipeline customer activity market conditions and competitor insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in sales or business development (automotive / distribution experience is an asset).

Experience in Agriculture Commercial OTR or Industrial wheels is an asset.

Strong customer-facing skills : comfortable speaking with people building trust and influencing decisions.

Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a large territory independently.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn product lines quickly.

Willingness to travel extensively within Alberta.

CRM proficiency and disciplined sales reporting are considered valuable assets.
