Knowledge of the historical development of Medicare in Canada including advanced knowledge of the organization, financing, management, and delivery of healthcare provincially and regionally.
Understanding of the role of public, private and not-for profit stakeholders in the health care system and the policy analysis process.
Ability to use Quercus and excel, experience with www.turnitin.com, an asset. Preferred Qualifications Relevant CriterionPrevious experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
