Thos. R. Birnie & Sons is currently looking for an Office Administrator to assist our internal team. In this position you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to :
- Process department specific paperwork including timesheets, invoices, and GPS tracking reports;
- Professionally answer the phone, converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments;
- Maintain company reports & spreadsheets;
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Job Type : Full Time
Compensation : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
