Executive Administrative Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Preparing investment applications, transfer forms, and any additional forms for clients to review.
  • Then forwarding a summary of these documents to the client to take action on.
  • Working with leadership on planning and executing events, promotions, and industry and professional events.
  • Organizing company expenses for the bookkeeper and liaising with the accountant for year-end reporting.
  • Providing reception coverage (as needed).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • Previous administrative / office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Post-secondary education
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Maximizer CRM and basic design skills are an asset.
