Ritchie’s Flooring is looking for a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in our cabinetry division!

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with clients and builders to provide tailored cabinetry solutions for projects.
• Develop pricing and cost estimates to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Submit pricing for jobs.
• Prepare and present cabinetry proposals that align with client visions and project specifications.
• Conduct on-site visits to measure spaces, assess project requirements, and provide installation guidance when required.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee accurate orders and on-time project completion.
• Advise clients on materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring their selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
• Manage and oversee projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer service experience to drive repeat business.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new materials, and best practices to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project.
• Work closely with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
