Job description

Enginuity is hiring for a Business Development Specialist - Manufacturing to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business for the Company. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
Drive new and existing business within the Industry 4.0 Program.

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred; relevant experience outweighs qualifications.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or operations in a technical environment.

Demonstrated capability in understanding client need and translating that into business opportunity.

Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and technology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the Eastern Canada region.
