THE ROLE :
Commissionaires’ NL provides 24 / 7 security services at Goose Bay Airport. We are currently seeking a Site Manager to manage the daily operations of the site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Duties include but are not limited to :
Constant liaison with Client and Account ManagerManage the day to day operations of the siteSubmitting payroll and schedulingBriefing and training of new Commissionaires on their duties and responsibilitiesKeeping up to date on personnel files and noting expiry dates on First Aid and Security ClearancesPER’S – completed yearlyMonitor Security CamerasEnsuring that the airport Logbook is regularly updatedReviewing all patrols and daily inspection reports, security reports and flight arrival / departuresPrepare Incident Reports, Security Breach reports and documentation for the clientManaging Intrusion Alarm systemsBe available after hours to provide support to staff if neededOther duties as requiredWHO WE’RE SEEKING
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Be professional & ReliablePolice Certificate of ConductBe able to complete a Government of Canada Reliability Screening through CommissionairesFirst Aid Emergency Level (1 Day)Must have Computer skillsMust have full availabilityPervious security experience considered an assetPervious supervisory or management experience requiredQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
The selected candidate will be professional and detail driven individual with a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude. Both physical and mental fitness is required. This often involves working in all types of environment conditions at varying times throughout the day or night.
