Reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience & Well Beingthe Employee Experience & Well Being Consultant
will be integral to supporting the experience and well beingof the employees.
The Employee Experience & Well Being Consultant issomeone who goes above and beyond to meet the
ever changing needs of the organization and to enhanceemployee well being by facilitating improvements in the
overall employee experience. They will foster an organizationalculture of well being and support a collaborative and
healthy work environment where employees can thrive.
The Employee Experience & Well Being Consultant appliesa working knowledge of employee experience and
well being including program planning, design,implementation and evaluation related to healthy workplace. As a
member of the Human Resources team, the Employee Experience &Well Being Consultant exercises considerable
judgement and independence in implementation of programming andinitiatives at the employee, team, leader, and
organizational level. They will be expected to generate their ownamazing ideas and approaches that will build and
nurture a culture of well being.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS :
Post secondary education in human resources or healthsciences together with 5 years of experience in employee
well being, workplace wellness, health promotion and / orhuman resources
Skills / Abilities :
Must possess superior interpersonal skills, problem solvingskills and demonstrated ability to function as a
collaborative team member
- Experience using a Human Resources / Payroll System and databasereporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation ofprojects
- Strong human relations skills and the ability to interact withemployees in a unionized and non unionized
environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills anddemonstrated presentation skills
- Experience using computerized human resources / payroll system andreporting software preferred
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and corporateemail
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in afast paced environment where duties and priorities
shift regularly
- Ability to work in a confidential setting independently and undertime constraints
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to proactively problemsolve
- Ability to effectively present information and respond toquestions from leaders and employees
Salary Range : $42.748 to 50.291
