Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager focused on their digital transformation to improve serviing their end customers.
Duration : 6 months + extension option
Location : 4d / week Markham
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product objectives aligned to organizational strategy and customer needs
- Own value delivery from ideation through realization, coordinating multiple Agile teams and managing dependencies
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, risks, and opportunities
- Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, personas, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain process maps, data flows, and solution documentation
- Perform SQL-based analysis to support solution design, validation, and troubleshooting
- Shape and prioritize product backlogs and participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Partner with QA teams to support test planning, execution, and release readiness
- Support production issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Lead value stream mapping initiatives to identify bottlenecks and improve flow
- Apply Lean practices to improve cycle time, throughput, predictability, and delivery quality
- Monitor and report on KPIs to drive measurable improvements in value delivery
- Build strong relationships across engineering, product, operations, customer service, and vendors
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Influence funding, capacity, and capability planning decisions
- Ensure delivery adheres to regulatory, security, and operational requirements
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Senior Business Systems Analyst, or Value Stream OwnerExperience delivering initiatives across multiple teams or business unitsStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process designProven experience working in Agile or Lean-Agile delivery environmentsWorking knowledge of SQL for data analysis and issue investigationHands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platformsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outcomesExperience with value stream mapping and continuous improvement practicesFamiliarity with customer engagement platforms, digital workflows, or field service systems is an assetPMP, Agile, or related certifications are considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
