ProjectManagementtooverseedetaileddesign,submissionpackagepreparation,approvals,coordination,budgetmanagement,liaisewithapprovalagenciestoensureprojecttimelinesaremet,coordinatewithDesignandCAteams.

Dailyclientcoordinationandcontact.

Duediligence,frontendprojectplanning.

Developnewbusinessandretaintheexistingclientbase.

On- goingreviewofopportunitiestoimproveprojectefficiencies.

Coachandmentorstaff.

Stayinguptodatewithpolicy,guidelines,andnewtechnologies.

Performdrafting,designandcostestimatingtasksasrequired.

Attendingsitevisitmeetings,conferencesandtrainingasrequired.

Otherdutiesmaybeassigneddependingonwhatisneededtocompleteourcommitments.YouwillberequiredtoworkwithstaffatourOakvilleofficeonoccasion / asrequired,butMarkhamwillbeyourmainoffice.

Skills&Qualifications :

Minimumof5yearsoflocalexperiencegainedintheconsultingindustry.

RegistrationasaProfessionalEngineer(P.Eng.)orC.E.T.

Experienceasleaddesignengineer / designprojectmanager,withafocusonlanddevelopment.

Demonstratedprofessionaljudgment,consistency,andattentiontodetail,trackrecordofqualityworkproducts.

Demonstratedleadership,decision - makingandcoachingskills,especiallytheabilitytotrainandmentorprofessionals.

Provenprojectmanagementanddesignskillswithademonstratedabilitytomeetprojectschedulesandbudgets.

Knowledgeofprovincialandmunicipalenvironmentalregulationsandguidelines.

Creativity,understandingofthegrayareabetweentheoryandpracticalapplication.

Abilitytoplan,organizeandmanageprojects,deadlines,andclients.

FamiliarwithAutoCADandAutoCADCivil3Dsoftware.

Stronginterpersonal,organizational,communicationandtechnicalwritingskills.
