At Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd. , we’ve been producing high-quality aluminum parts for North America’s leading industries since 1982. We’re looking for a motivated Aluminum Foundry Caster to help keep production flowing with skill, precision, and pride.

What You’ll Do :

• Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
• Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
• Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
• Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding).
• Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean work area.

What We’re Looking For :

Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.

Physically capable (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods).

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

English communication skills.

High school diploma an asset — training provided!

Work Schedule :

4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Days or Afternoons).
