Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Full Time (Start ASAP)

Our busy and friendly dental office in London, Ontario is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

Start Date : ASAP.
Schedule : Full-time, every other Saturday required.
Wage : $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
Software : Tracker.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.

Process insurance breakdowns and treatment submissions.

Handle financial discussions and payment arrangements.

Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients.

Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator.

Proficiency with Tracker software (or willingness to learn).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience with insurance billing and treatment coordination.

Positive, team-focused attitude.

Arabic-speaking is considered an asset.
