Position Overview:

Are you passionate about luxury after-sales and excel in a detail-oriented, focused environment? As a Client Care Advisor in our after-sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating after-sales services through excellent operational and customer service skills. If you take pride in hands-on work, operations and administration, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to enhance the client experience, wed love to meet you!

As a Client Care Advisor at Raffi Jewellers, you will:

  • Assist the service desk with after-sales repairs service inquiry process, organizing and sorting parts, invoicing and maintaining service records.
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features, parts and services available.
  • Conduct after-sales service requests through in-person client appointments, phone calls and email communications, maintaining communications and performing follow-up where required.
  • Ensure that the service desk is kept organized, all tools accounted for, parts are on hand or ordered as required.
  • Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 2-5 years' experience in retail operations and/or administration. Experience with luxury after-sales care in a retail environment is considered a strong asset.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Qualified candidates must have valid work authorization for employment in Canada.
