About The Role
This position has a hybrid work arrangement . On average, this means 1 day(s) on-site per week . Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.
Reporting to the Director of Cyber Security Engineering, the Cyber Security Engineer will serve as a technical subject matter expert, responsible for the design, implementation, and automation of resilient security solutions protecting ATB Financial’s critical assets.
This role serves as a senior-level technical subject matter expert and advisor responsible for engineering complex security infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. You will drive the full lifecycle of security initiatives, from designing firewalls and VPC controls to integrating advanced proactive systems like SIEM / SOAR and EDR - to harden the organization's security posture. By bridging the gap between engineering and leadership, you will ensure technical solutions align with business goals and financial industry compliance frameworks.
