PLC Technician
Pay: $38 - $45 per hour
Location: Concord/Vaughan
Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday

Great Benefits – Full Time Permanent position

Responsibilities:

Install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of instruments and control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in instruments and control systems.
Use AutoCAD or other software to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of instruments.
Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
Keep inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs.

Requirements:

Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction Maintenance Electrician (309A) is a strong asset.
Possess an Instrumentation and Control Technician (447A) Red seal accreditation or a College Technician or Technology Diploma in Instrumentation.
Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, CNC machines, logic controllers, and industrial maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to detect issues in instruments and control systems.
