Project Manager (Vancouver Island)

Located in Duncan, BC, our Construction Team is seeking a Project Manager to manage projects on jobsites within the Victoria to Comox region of Vancouver Island, BC. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and project control. Ensures that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding and delivered on schedule and within budget.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Review GC issued contracts & confirm scope with estimate.
• Develop & Issue budget.
• Develop and issue project forecasting report.

Work with Project Accountant and Controller to satisfy project financial restraints.
