Hello, I'm Océane, Recruitment Consultant and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll professions.

I am currently looking for a Director of Certification for my client, an accounting firm with around one hundred employees, located in downtown Montreal. The responsibilities are as follows :

• Execute compilation, review, and audit engagements for various SMEs
• Act as a mentor and supervisor for a team of junior file managers and CPA interns
• Review the engagements of your team
• Work on special and complex assignments
• CPA Auditor title
• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in certification
• Proficiency in CaseWare and Taxprep software is an asset
• Strong communication skills with the firm's clients
