Salary : $50,000–$55,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits package and 3 weeks vacation

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support within a professional, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with projects and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems

Office Coordination

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Project Assistance

  • Support project planning and execution by tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and project documentation
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Assist with onboarding activities and maintain HR-related documentation
  • Qualifications

    Education

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Security

  • Must hold a Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain one
  • Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
