Job descriptionSupervising the construction project and all the operations on the site Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress Ensuring health and safety on site is top priority and being followed by all parties Tracking / logging daily manpower on site and maintaining a project diary Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed Other duties as required

- 15+ years experience in construction as a High Rise Site Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle high-rise residential developments in Canada preferred
- Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng. Preferred)
- Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
- Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
- Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
- Have a thorough understanding of high-rise residential
