Overview
This resource will have working knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure environments including general concepts of workstation / server hardware, and a general understanding of line-of-business applications and architectures. The resource must have a sound understanding of IT Change and Communication Management. A proven ability to function on an individual basis and in a team environment is essential. Resources awareness of existing GoA and department IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and practices is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver services.
- Work with delivery teams and stakeholders, including business partners and GoA technical staff to understand detailed requirements of transfers, which could include : planning of timing; process confirmation; communication and coordination of script executions; etc.
- Participates in creating and prioritizing a backlog of work, estimates effort, and commits to scope of work for predictable completion of content transfers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support all aspects of the content transfer service.
- Guide business partners on technical aspects of ECM solutions and shared drives relating to requested transfers.
- Create and generating scripting, workflows, documents, logging, etc. to support content transfers.
- Migration of content which may include : Mapping, Transformation, Loading, and Testing of scripting or supporting application runs
- Copying files in secured way and confirming file integrity
- Other responsibilities as required or requested.
Qualifications
Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on : managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.Experience with scripting tools, such as Powershell.Experience with the development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.#J-18808-Ljbffr
