Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices
Ensure authorized amounts are taken according to the type of expense;
Assist in the month-end closing process
- Analyze supplier statements and follow up on missing invoices;
- Verification of appropriate expense allocation and general ledger accounts;
Ensure required approval is obtained to confirm processing of supplier invoices.
Qualifications
DEC / AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
1 - 2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with a Sage 50 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
