Our client, located in the Downtown Toronto area is seeking a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time, 11-month contract position and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Processing full cycle payroll for 150 employees across Ontario on a biweekly basis
- Collecting & reviewing timesheets
- Payroll reconciliations, remittances, T4 processing
- Full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching
Qualifications
- Preferred 3+ years in full-cycle payroll
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- PCP certification preferred
- Experience in a standalone position or comfortable processing payroll independently
- Good attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
