We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and build strong customer relationships within Canada.
You'll leverage your sales expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue.
What You'll Do :
- Prospect for qualified leads and convert them into loyal customers through compelling sales presentations.
- Employ a multi-channel outreach strategy, including in-person calls, phone calls, email, video conferencing, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Champion our company's brand and product offerings, providing technical details and commercial insights to potential and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by crafting proposals, quotes, and closing deals.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively, from initial contact to credit verification and payment collection (when applicable).
- Participate in trade shows (both local and regional) to showcase services and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives, such as creating sales collateral, trade show materials, and customer mailing campaigns.
You'll Be Successful If You Have :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- A talent for product presentations and demonstrations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and various sales tools.
- A self-motivated drive to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend trade shows.
- A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products you'll be selling (a plus).
Compensation and Benefits :
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive commission-based salary structure.
