Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance Coordinator to support the global CFO, based in Vancouver, in the rollout of our global ERP system. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and have a knack for transforming data into meaningful insights, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

This role will work closely with the ERP implementation team and regional Finance Directors across APAC, the U.S., and Europe to ensure smooth coordination, data consistency, and timely project delivery.

You will help align financial practices across regions, streamline reporting processes, and support the transition from Excel-based workflows to an integrated ERP environment.

Responsibilities Overview

Project Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between headquarters and regional finance teams for project updates and data consolidation
• Support the Global CFO, Regional Finance Directors, and ERP team by coordinating communications, meetings, and deliverables
• Track project milestones, follow up on tasks, and identify potential risks or delays
• Consolidate progress reports from regional teams and prepare summary updates for the Global CFO

Our Finance Coordinator role is temporary position for 6 - 12 months, with the potential of leading to a full‑time opportunity.
