Position Title : Team Lead, Beyond the Bell (BTB)
Location : YMCA Beyond the Bell - Glenview Elementary School (7310 Cluff Rd, Prince George, BC V2K 2M3)
Term : Temporary, Part-Time
Hours : ~16.25 hours per week
Shift : Monday – Friday, 2 : 15pm – 5 : 30pm
Start Date : As soon as possible
End Date : June 19th, 2026
Salary : $20.63 per hour
Reports To : Program Leader, Beyond the Bell (BTB)

Nature & Scope
The YMCA Beyond the Bell Program is an after-school program for children grades 1-5 that provides tutoring, skills development, physical activity, and social engagement. The Team Lead will lead the program while working directly under the Beyond the Bell Program Coordinator to direct staff and work directly with children in the program when it is running. The Team Lead Position will follow the Beyond the Bell structure and curriculum, utilizing a 1 to 5 leader to child ratio, and instilling the Y’s core values of caring, respect, responsibility, honesty, and inclusivity. Children will be actively engaged in improving social, numeric and literacy skills while participating in sports, outdoor play, arts and crafts.
