PROFILE

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect with hands‑on development experience to join our team. In this role, you will architect, design, build, deploy and enhance solutions on Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes and deliver engaging user experiences. You will use Power Platform to develop both canvas and model‑driven apps, implement power automate flows for business process automation, build copilot agents from scratch or use pre‑built ones, and integrate with internal and external APIs, including Microsoft Graph. In addition, you will provide guidance on platform administration ensuring environments, security, and governance align with best practices. This position can be based in any of our Canadian offices!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and manage the implementation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and clarify challenges or opportunities to be addressed, determine requirements, map potential solutions, and establish the path to move forward.
• Use your skills and experience to provide solutions that leverage the best possible way Power Platform modules and technologies.
• Provide guidance to the Power Platform development team.
• Provide guidance to the Power Platform administration team.

The starting range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Starting salary will be determined based on an applicant’s individual skills, competencies and unique qualifications. Gowling WLG employees have the potential to exceed this range based on tenure and performance.
