Coordinator, Production Planner

Do you want to play a strategic role in planning and managing operations for a growing company? This position allows you to develop and lead the delivery, production, and purchasing plan to ensure efficient deliveries across all markets. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, optimizing the ERP system, coordinating the planning team, and ensuring resource availability for our subsidiaries. Your projects will lead you to :

• Develop procurement plans to support growth, product launches, and shipments to different markets.
• Produce annual forecasts for systems and revenue.
• Organize the weekly launch of manufacturing orders.
• Manage orders by ensuring financial targets are met and keeping various departments informed.
• Oversee the shipment of materials to subsidiaries and efficiently manage requests and stock returns.
• Lead the project office dedicated to planning.
• Supervise and coordinate the planning team.
• Lead training and human resources development initiatives and ensure the advancement of employee skills.
• Actively contribute to the successful launch of new products.
• Promote continuous improvement by working with various operational teams to achieve set objectives.
