Job descriptionProviding skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client Following the client’s plan of care. Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition. Medication reminders for client to self administer Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse Must be willing to work in a facility environment CPR certified. Access to a vehicle Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
