What’s In It for You?

Competitive salary : $63, – $65,
Contract with opportunity for extension after 1 year

What Will You Do? As a key member of the dealer support team, you will :

Support dealerships across Canada with parts-related inquiries

Respond to requests primarily via email with occasional phone support

Accurately identify parts using catalogues based on service diagnostics

Coordinate internally to resolve issues related to inventory, backorders, and logistics

Document support tickets and maintain records of dealer communications

What Do You Bring?

Bilingual in French and English

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of automotive parts

Ideally some prior corporate or customer service experience, but mechanical aptitude is most critical

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
