Technical Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Location : Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada

Overview

This is a green job helping Canada achieve its net-zero target by contributing to environmental preservation, conservation, and restoration.

Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade‑in allowances, warranties and delivery dates.

Promote sales to existing clients.

Identify and solicit potential clients.

Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Reach clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support.

Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.

Provide customer service.
