Role

We are seeking a talented Director, People & Learning to join our People team. You will be the main point of reference for strategic leadership and execution of internal learning and development initiatives, organizational behaviour change strategies, and human resource programs that support engagement and performance. You will report to the VP of People and will contribute to the future of scalable computer‑cooling solutions.

Learning & Development

• Develop and implement a long‑term learning and development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead the design and delivery of internal training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Oversee social mobilisation and behaviour change campaigns that support strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to expand and enhance learning opportunities.
