What are your contributions to the team?

• Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up.
• Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
• Provides daily visibility on supplier issues to Manufacturing team.
• Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability.
• Provide fully detailed documentation / report on Supplier issues.
• Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term).
• Suppliers visit Support in Manufacturing site.

How to thrive in this role?

• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of quality management system .
• Change management skills.
• Experience in problem resolution techniques.
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French).
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
• Systems, process, or product auditing.
• Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external.
• Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills.
