Role Summary

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead and optimize daily sortation and dispatch operations by managing staff, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, resolving service issues, and supporting continuous improvement and compliance across logistics functions.

Work Details

Hours of Work : Rotating shifts, 4 days / week, 10 hours / day; open to flexibility.

Work Arrangement : On‑Site.

Position Type : Non‑Union.

Employment Status : Full‑Time.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000.

Work Location : 1375 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC. Warehouse / distribution center environment.
